Residential Visas

The Kingdom of Bahrain offers two primary routes for obtaining long-term residency: (1) the Golden Residency Visa route and (2) the Investor Visa route.

The Golden Residency is a permanent, 10-year renewable permit for high-value individuals, including professional, retirees or property investors who purchase real estate.

Alternatively the Investor Visa route allows an individual to apply for an Investor Visa, through either incorporation or property ownership, which is typically valid for between 1-5 years, depending on the investment amount.
